My spleen has been enlarged since jan 2012. My lymphnodes swollen a couple years. Blood work looks great. ((multiple) psychiatrist have cleared me. Primary care docs have "no clue" I am feeling more and more drunk everyday. As of a cpl months ago I haven't been able 2 lay on my right side, or my back. 2 am this morning I can barely sit, let alone stand. My eyes won't stop shifting left to right really fast-to the point I make others uncomfortable. I'm negative for every test you can think of. I have lost my speech more often than not, I slur so bbadly that people can't understand me half the time. I've been on just about every antibiotic you can think of, "just in case" they said. I can't walkk, I fall down and my body hurts so much that I'm beyond stressed. My heart rate is so messed up. Any ideas or suggestions? I am no longer running a fever.

I fogot to mention that my blood pressure stays so low most of the time for no reason. I am always being accused of being on drugs, yet I DO NOT DRINK OR TAKE ANYTHING, EVER!! I'm 33 years old, and have never left the country. I have passed every test (including drug and alcohol).

What was diagnosis as pertains to enlarged spleen and what method was used in testing? Same for enlarged lymph nodes?--- "ive been on just about every antibiotic you can think of"---What was the antibotics prescribed for? Be as specific as possible.

Antibiotics were for nasty cough that would not go away. I was in my primary docs office 2-3 times a month for a good 5 months. Running a fever, negative for everything from strep, mono, they couldn't figure it out. They have not given a reason for swelling. I have tested NEGATIVE evry month for hiv/aids and again, bacterial/viral infections. I've had pet scans ct and mri scans. All are clean. My lymph nodes hurt so bad. Massaging them this last couple months has been out of anxiety. At times its painful to turn my neck even

Besides psychiatrists, what other specialty doctors have you visited? What specialty is your primary care physician?
