Hey there, I'm 18 and currently in good physical condition with a strong sex drive, masturbation is no issue for me but when I am with my girlfriend I just can't get into it. I am a fairly skilled lover (I think) and have no trouble getting her off but when it comes to turning the attention to me I cannot keep an erection to save my life!

I work long hours as a dishwasher which kind of turns me off a lot once I am done for the day and I also have severe ADHD which gives me a ridiculous attention span which I think is part of the problem and ontop of that anxiety but with her I feel comfortable so not sure if that has anything tod ow tih it or not. I am starting to feel really bad since I see a look of disappointment on her face but it's not her. I think she is a beautiful girl but it's tough for me to show when your engines not revving, know what I mean? If anyone could offer some insight it'd be greatly appreciated.

Well in this case one leads to the other and no I am not on any medication.

Having been with someone with the same problem this is my advice. Stop masterbating (or limit it to maybe once a week). And don't watch porn (look at pictures of your girlfriend, or record yourselves together one time). You'll become more sensitive and will need less to be able to ejaculate. Also if you're feeling especially stressed or exhausted, no matter how turned on you are, don't do it. You probably won't be able to finish and the more times you don't, the more pressure will be on you. That will make it even more difficult to. Hope this helps, good luck!

If I had to guess, that right there is your issue.The attention span will kill you. If you can't keep your mind on what you're doing, that's a problem. I was there so I know it happens. Now you add the anxiety to it, all the worry about if it's going to work right for you on top of the attention span, it's over.

You need to find a way to keep your mind on what you're doing and not worry about the results before they even happen.

Wandered off the legal board, right into this.

NEVER record yourself having sex with ANYBODY. This is bf/gf situation. I have been involved in too many of these relationships gone sour and one or the other is posting photos and videos.

He's 18. I don't know how old she is. I think advice without knowing her age is irresponsible but - if she's under age and he records them having sex he is now guilty of a child pornography charge.

Don't do it!

So after talking with your doctor what did he say, have you had a physical exam to check it out
