Ex husband, or ex lover?

I have suspected my hubby of cheating... I look on his phone and find texts between him and the woman I suspect... she is asking for him to call and she misses him xx all kisses back and forth (I didn't get long enough to read the whole conversation!) Based on this and his previous I kicked him out... am I right?

He is still my husband but will be ex in the near future!
