I have just started an own business. I am thinking about adding a new means of contact like a webphone. I am not familiar with computer technology and webphone solutions at all. I found an good site on the Internet . The site gives information about an SDK called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and how a webphone can be developed with it.

Since I am completely new to this kind of technology I would like to ask that has anyone used this software previously?

With free Skype app available to everyone now a "webphone" seems antiquated.
