Hi

I want to know where to file a complain for the organisation who is doing a business of herbal medecine from uk to some other country.
I am very frustrated because some organisation from uk and there different branches in different country are doing (cheating the public by giving uncomplete information about there organisation) unsatisfactory job...
Please tell me some website or contact where I can file a complain in uk.
Because that organisation ruin the impression of great britain.

The Office of Fair Trading deals with these type of complaints in the UK, BUT unless they are basically scamming you then you really don't have a cause to complain.
Simple doing an "unsatisfactory job" isn't enough.
That sort of thing should be dealt with by the site/company itself.
