If you are not on the lease, you will have to be given a 30 day notice for eviction.

First, he already IS single. He just doesn't want to be with you anymore. Second, I'm not sure what all those details have to do with this. But you didn't tell us what we need to know. Are you on the lease or a part owner of the house? If you are he can't evict you. I you aren't you are just like any tenant. He can give you 30 days to vacate and follow with an eviction proceeding if you don't.

And is he not obligated to give you anything unless you can prove you own it
