    Squatters law Florida
I have a so called friend that called and let me know that he was being put out of where he was living in a few days. I am going through the end of foreclosure, so I told him he could stay with me until I had to move in about a month. The orignal month is over. I have been allow additional time to move due to a cash for keys agreement, but I am ready for him to go. Can I make him leave? Can he claim squatters rights because he gets one piece of mail here about his student loans. Oh yeah he stayed with me for a year and a half starting in 2009 and moved out, that is why he gets any mail here. He never changed his address with the department of education. If I take all the mail that he gets with my address on it and he has none to show, can I make him leave? Does the mail even matter?

The squatters right is a myth, there is no such thing.

He will have to be evicted if he will not move, he has to be treated as a renter ( even if not paying rent)
