what happens to R squared and adjusted R if add dummy variables to an OLS regaression

I have a model of six major variables and I did reression analysis, R sequare was 11 and adjused R sequare is 11. I kep adding dummy variables but the R seauared and adjusted R sequared never changed. What does this mean instatistics.
