We had protected sex and after then within 25 hours she tooked I pill but now she is facing back ache stomach ache and head ache is there any chance of being pregnant..

You should either take a pregnancy test or go see a doctor. There is a good chance but you always want to make sure if it's not something else.

Back, stomach and head aches do not necessarily indicate pregnancy. While any time there is penile insertion there is a risk of pregnancy, using protection will considerably reduce that risk. So while its possible she is pregnant its not likely.

However, the only way to tell will be to take a test a week or two after she misses her next period.
