Hello. I am looking a movie about a boy who use to dream awake almost all the time (a daydreamer, indeed).

He goes to high school and his classmates always laugh of him because he wears tights, a cowboy hat and a guitar on his back. He looks like a weird boy. One of his teachers tell him that he´s about to fail the year because he doesn´t study. He has a blonde friend who´s telling him that he has to look good. A little gang of his classroom is always annoy him because the way he looks.

Later, he found a girl who uses to be a daydreamer, just like him. And both meet the janitor of the high school and tell them that he´s a daydreamer too.

At the end of the movie, he sing a song about how amaizing things can happen if people just dream or something like that.

That´s what I remember. It looks like a late 80´s or early 90´s american B- movie. I hope you can help me to find it. Thank you.
