How old are you? (I assume you are male?)
Poor cognition, whatever you mean by that vague term, isn't going to respond to testosterone.
Brain supplements, whatever you mean by that, are just vitamins and minerals, and a healthy diet is much better.
If by 'feel stumbling' you mean stuttering or not being able to find the words, please explain more. Or do you mean you lose your balance?

Your complaints are diverse. Coordination, speech, memory integration, balance each involving very different neuro-mechanisms and widely dispersed brain regions.

Have any of the doctors performed basic neuro tests, such as gait, coordination, Rhombergs? These are relatively simple, can be performed in office and at least provide a starting point.

How is your access to medical care in Nigeria?

That's strange! Have you explained the physical complaints, lack of coordination, balance (dizziness)? Those aren't personality dependent.

I explained all.In fact,in one of the teaching hospital I went, the doc used me in teaching his medical student. He told them that am the best patient he'd seen for the day,and everyone burst into laughter.I decided not to go there again.I resorted to getting splmnts and pills on my own.Other psychiatric doc that I met wafted my posket only to give me encouragement book to read.He instesd advised me of other ailment patient that made it.Pls I need final solution to them. The last pill it took was cognitol(vinpocetine),yet no change.I forget easily after reading and have difficulty organizing business especially critical tasks like driving, guiter etc.I have learned bicycle and mororbike for years without success.I've read about victims that got solution through brain supplements atc. Also my voice is dim, and I will like it louder.could Andromen cream do this.

You need a real-life coach who will help you speak better and work on any other problems. Is there someone like that?

One more question. How did you come under the care of a psychiatrist (as opposed to an internist or neurologist for example)?

Perhaps someone else can advise you on the efficacy of the products you mention. I don't know. However, by your account they don't seem to be accomplishing the desired result.

"Wafted you pocket" that is an interesting expression.

Were you deprived of reasonably good nutrition as a child?
Are any immediate family having similar problems?

If you have any neurological problems then you are wasting your money on supplements, and certainly no cream is going to give you a stronger voice. You may just have small vocal cords. Have you had an EEG?

From The Nutrition Advisor, LLC - LINDA WOLSCHLAGER | HOLISTIC NUTRITION/HEALING THE BODY NATURALLY - ANTI-AGING SUPPORT
"...vinpocetine..can cause nausea, indigestion, dizziness, anxiety, insomnia, facial flushing, dry mouth and/or a headache... People who are taking ginkgo biloba, vitamin E, aspirin or Plavix, Ticlid, Pentoxifylline should not take vinpocetine."

Try not taking anything for several weeks and report back. Even natural supplements and herbs can have side effects and interactions.

That's ed up.I have same sort of problem.Try doing meditation/yoga.That may help,I have also started doing but the most important thing is that you have to start believing in yourself, then only you can meditate properly.Go to the following link

Sahaja Yoga Meditation and Self Realization

This meditation has changed life of many.I believe this can change mine too, but you have to be patient and do it by heart, then only you can feel the vibrations.Good luck

    When in childhood?
Does it feel like more of a neurological 'misfiring' along the lines of epilepsy, or does it feel more like something like ADD (attention deficit disorder)? Have you researched ADD? It's not something you might see many doctors in Nigeria mentioning. In some ways it's overdone in the US; every kid who can't pay attention in class. And it doesn't show up on any test, and the cause is unknown. But it might explain scattered thoughts and inability to retain what you read or learn.
