Well I really don't know when mi mirena fell out I've beeb on it for 3like years never missed ah month of my period until last year I miss November December January then n February I came on twice and march I had it check and mi doctor said it had fell out. So I had ah period n April none and may or June but I had 3 pregnancy test came back negative can I still be pregnant?

Have you done home pregnancy tests or did you test at the doctor.
