    Is it legal for Mugshots.com to post your mugshot online before you go to court for the crime and to charge a fee to remove it?

    Yes, mugshots are a matter of public record. Mugshots.com is a private entity and they have their own TOS.

    As a matter of fact, they are now, as of June 15, no longer removing pictures at all.
