Very well could be a bad blower motor. If you replace the motor make sure you also replace the motor run capacitor that matches the motor you are using as a replacement. NOTE: You also said vibration so check the blower wheel for out of balance conditions. If blower wheel is also out of balance just replace the wheel with like same since they are very hard to balance unless you have the proper tools.
