    Changing a Birth Certificate
    I was born in California 52 years ago and the wrong father put on my birth certificate. I do not know the man on my birth certificate. My real father has been found and a paternity test proves he is my father, my question is with proven paternity how can I change my birth certificate to be correct. I presently live in Arkansas and Part time in Florida.

    You have to apply to CA for an amended birth certificate and your bio father needs to approve.
