    A car rolling chassis
What does designing a viable rolling chassis mean in a car and which parts are supposed to be included?

That means everything but the interior pretty stuff... nor does it include the powerplant or transmission... or electrical system, or fuel system.. or brake system, what remains is the rolling chassis. I.E. the body and suspension that is compete enough to attach wheels to and "roll it around"
