    3 day notice to quit
    IN Colorado,I've been given a three day notice to pay or quit. Itold the LL that I would give her the rent on Friday. I was expecting my tax refunds of 3800. But instead I got. Your refund has beeen held,by the IRS. I don't know what to do? I have no money. How many days do I have before sheriff throws me and my children out?

    They will now file in court for a court hearing for eviction, then the judge will set a date for setting you out. You will most likely have about 2 weeks before you are set out.

    Remember most likely this was for rent due JUNE 1st,
