Do I have any rights to bring the social services and prison service to prove there
I am now 33 , do I have any rights to get hold of my files from prison and social services to expose what I believe to be physical, emotional, and bullying when under there "care" with the unnessasary drugs, the weeks in solitary for stupidness, the abuse at the hands of children home and incompetence of social services, I am really lost right now as I need the prison medical files and my files from social services but can't find no one who can be bothered to help me get the answers I believe every human being deserves if needed

You may ask for them in a court order when you file a law suit for them.

You will need current medical care that will say that there could be a connection

What you will find , most likely is hospital doctors and hospital mental health doctors who treated you for issues you were having in prison, At that point you can not do anything for receiving needed medical care.

You need to get current care to look into your problems and not be as worried about past issues unless your current doctors need to see those records.

    Hello J:

In the US, we have Freedom of Information laws where public institutions MUST disclose their files.. Hopefully, you have something like that on your side of the pond. If you do, file one.

Hi there, great to see someone like yourself doing what you doing it's a inspiration , I not sure if you heard about the myth the british justice system is the best in the world but I can assure you it's a myth, there is something where I would have to wait up to a year to see a social worker and then only see what they deem appropriate in the records qna, The jail on the other hand... well the things I talking about that happenend was before the national health service took over from the joke that was the prison health unit, the screams of a grown man isn't a sound I really want to ever hear again , so I trying to prove that all the lost remission , the behaviour I had was linked, but if I can't get a solicitor or even a no win no fee to get on board I won't be able to get that medical file and the care one in full which would be the can of worms on there side open, and a sound and peacefilled mind which is the compensation I want , I can only say our jails have turned into a joke now , and man you can't say you done bird until you really no that deficatin in a bucket next to someone else is really not the lowest point as you only to well know it can get so much more hopeless , respect to you brother

I am trying to get the evidence I need to link these all together due to not being given a driving license, not being allowed to work, due to my ways which I know is only a consequence of others actions, I take responsibility for mine bro, I can't get the bits I need due to the amount of hassle for whoever took or helped me in this would endure , seems in america you hurt someone emotionally or similar they going to pay, over here they not like that, the solicitors have only caught on to compensation in last 10yr but want the easy cases not complex ones like mine I know its medical negligence that has got me into this position , id rather leave it all behind and crack on but too much to late as they say thanks for your reply
