From your post, what I understood of it, you were prescribed antibiotics for a middle ear infection. The dose was wrong on the package you received. You took one pill a day, but were supposed to take 4 pills a day. You didn't know this until 10 days after starting the antibiotics. On the 11th day you started taking the correct dosage, then, before you were finished with the entire prescription, you decided, against a doctors advice, to stop taking the medication.
You should never stop taking any medication recommended by a doctor, unless the doctor recommends that you stop.
No, you're not at risk for "superbug", but you are at risk for a recurring middle ear infection because you didn't finish taking your prescription.
My best advice to you would be to see your doctor, tell him/her what you did, and see what he/she recommends.
