    Business Startup Federal and State (of Georgia) tax responsibilities
    My questions are what are the Federal and State (Georgia) employment laws when opening a Spa (facials, chemical peels, waxing etc)? Do I need an EIN or FTI number? How do I take care of taxes with my employees? Myself? And the spa? I was told to research Federal and State responsibilities concerning taxpayer education. What does that mean? Thank you for your time and help. Kristy
