If I have a felony warrant in another State what legal forms do I file to make the State come get me or resolve the warrant?

You really need to consult with a criminal attorney in the other state.

Funny thing, you can not force them to come get you. If the warrant is from California and you are in Fl unless it is a very serious Felony they are not going to pay to take you back.

You will have to hire an attorney and make plans to turn yourself in.
