    Outlook problems
    Hi,
When trying to load Microsoft Office Outlook, the welcome screen appears but then the programme seems to crash and nothing happens until I have to close it down again. I need to access the Calender on there as I use it as my diary. When I then try to repair the programme, it says that I am missing th SKU112.CAB file. I have no idea what to do to rectify the problem which has only come on in the past couple of days. Outlook has been absolutely fine up until then.
    Thanks.

Insert your Office CD and choose the Repair or reinstall option.

I do not have the CD (I don't think). Is it possible that it came ready loaded on the computer?

Its possible but if it was, it was installed as a trial version and you decided to purchase it. At which time you should have created a CD. Without the CDs, not sure how you are going to repair it.

Right, OK. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the help.

Hmmm... I have located the CD and have had it delivered to me. I am now being told that the repair programme cannot locate the Product Key even when the CD is in the drive...
