    I am on Disability and this is my only source of Income. Is there anyway I can be exc
    I am currently Social Security Disability Income and this is my only income because I am disabled. Can I be dismissed of my court fines, if I am unable to work?

    Probibly not... but that depends on WHAT fines these were and for what reason. There isn't a universal answer.

    Hello m:

    Ask the judge when you're in court. If it's AFTER the fact, maybe you could write the judge a letter explaining your situation... But, I wouldn't hold my breath.. I doubt they'll forgive your fines.
