    Pentair pool light
I have recently noticed electrical current under the water in the pool when I get close to the pool light. I turned the breaker off, but it still is happening. I even tried turning off the GFI breaker as well. Any suggestions?

    Suzanne...
So you were in the pool and felt electrical current?
Please hire a testing professional that is experienced with
This kind of problem to determine what this really is...
And... don't use the pool until you are sure it's safe!

We have had other questions regarding similar symptoms, the reasons have been pretty strange. Can be a defect in a utility ground, can be down the street, for example.

Carson is very correct, this is a serious concern, do not use the pool until it has been eliminated, and hire a good testing firm to determine the cause.

Did it happen only when the light is on.
Is this a 120 Volt Pool light?
