One of two air conditioner units went out in the house I am renting. Of course, it's the one that cools the bedrooms upstairs. Had to spend $70 on fans to try to cool the rooms down until the a/c unit gets fixed. Called the problem into the property manager and was told they would "get right on it tomorrow". Don't know if that means they will make calls tomorrow, or someone will be out tomorrow, and was so beat from work that I didn't think to ask. Is there a time frame in which they are required to fix this problem? This is not the only problem I am having with this house... the refrigerator has never worked properly. It keeps freezing food on some shelves and they have sent someone out a few times, but I still have this problem. Are these issues enough to break the lease? Sorry for the multiple questions, I am just so frustrated.
