Anyone can help me? Apology letter Please help me thanks in advance?
Hotel manager is writing a letter to one his customer because there is no room available for him. He came to watch football match with his family now. Hotel manager put him up in the motel and paid for that. Manager is offering any weekend of his choice next season. And giving him 12 free drink coupons and 4 dinner coupons. And $3000 deposit for past weekend.

Use the sample letter as a form or base and plug in your specific details where the curly brackets are. Do I have to write the entire letter for you? Certainly you can figure this out!
