Parole on second time dirty urine
My partner was released on parole in December and this April he was arrested for first dirty urine and got 6 weeks back in prison, he got out last Tuesday and was arrested again yesterday for a dirty urine,I'm wondering how likely it is he will get his parole back if he undertakes a rehab program or something, other than that he has been working and has a family which I know they look at, also can I get him a lawyer considering it's a straight return to prison warrant? And form here parole board will sit on his case in a few weeks? Please help!

Can you get him a lawyer? Of course. You can always retain an attorney.

I don't think he'll get parole any time soon. He apparently isn't learning from his experiences.

The court system frowns on people who do not follow the rules of their parole. You are paroled because you agree TO follow those rules. He probably will not get paroled again anytime soon and could possibly have to finish out his complete sentence for violating so soon and violating the first time. Some folks never learn.

Look at it this way, he got a parole, a chance not to be in prison, he knew the rules but got a dirty urine anyway, then he want back to jail, and then what happens, after 6 weeks in jail, in just a few days, he gets drugs and uses them again,

He has an addiction problem, And no treatment plan is going to help unless he wants to stop, Jail and prison got him clean but he WANTS to use those drugs.

No they will most likely put in him in a treatment program in prison to serve a longer time, unless they make him max out.
