I found out that my condenser fan motor had a open in the winding. I went and bought a new fan motor and it came with a single capacitor. The old set up there was one wire from the fan to the cap, and a compressor wire to the cap and a HERM wire from the comp to the cap. So do I have to go back and buy a dual capacitor. That matches the MFD of the condenser fan motor.
