My husband and I recently separated. I bought a car that is in his name, I do have documents showing that I paid for the car. I have asked him to bring the car back to me, and I have multiple emails in which he agrees to bring me the car, he just ends up not doing it, he won't respond to my emails, phone calls, or text messages anymore, what can I do? PLEASE HELP ME, I'm now a single mom with two kids who depend on this car.

If the car is in his name its his car, regardless of who paid for it.

If you want the car, you have file for a legal separation or divorce and include the car as part of the settlement.
