    Running out of time
Recently I have been contacted by a credit collection company in regards to a debt that I have been trying to pay and at least show intent that I wish to pay this debt. Now there are seeking judgment to garnish my accounts. I am self employed and really don't collect much for a wage. My name is on my and my wife's personal account I am planning on removing my name from the personal accounts so that my wife's pay is left so that we can scrap by while they garnish my biz account. Would I be doing anything wrong it is possible that either way this would completely ruin us. Should I speak to a lawyer. As of today I have been given till the June 20th its June 14th now they are set to go to court for the 28th Help please

Not much you can do here. If they obtain a judgment, then they can attach your assets. Getting assets out of your name is legal, though ethically questionable.
