Why is the front passenger wheel tilted on my Chevy Blazer?
I came home and noticed that the passenger side front wheel on my 1998 Chevy Blazer is tilted to the inside at the top. Is this something I need to get adjusted, or am I in danger if I drive it at all. I have 12 miles of bumpy dirt road to cover before I even hit the highway, and it is hot here. I don't want to get stranded.

The upper ball joint may have broken. If so, it's a real safety issue and needs to be fixed right away.

It could also be the upper control arm has become loosened or the bushings are severely worn.
Either way, the suspension needs thoroughly inspected before the vehicle should be driven.
Is there any way you can take some pics and post them on here?
