Shoulder pain, wrist numbness, shooting pain in leg
I have been experiencing dull aching left shoulder pain ( heart is OK... been checked out). My left wrist is numb to touch. I was having left hand weakness and some trembling but that seems to have subsided. I have sporadic shooting pain down left leg, groin aches. All of this comes and goes.

If you are wondering if they are related because both are on one side of your body, it is just too difficult to determine based on the symptoms you have. There might be a low probability of some neurological disorder that develops very slowly over years, but most doctors are going to tell you (for now) that it is coincidence. A typical reason for the shoulder, wrist, and hand ache/weakness is a pinched nerve on the shoulder. Chiropractors are often good at helping that.
The leg could be one of the low spinal nerves that wraps around to the front, such as the sacral (a pain I have dealt with for 35+ years), also best treated by a chiropractor. But given how many organs there are just above and around your groin, as well as muscles that can tear, it's just a guess. Perhaps an ultrasound of your abdomen, and an X ray.
