Well first you need to find out if you are pregnant or not. If you are, your parents need to be told as does this guys parents. How old is he?
Of you are not, then you leave this boy and sex alone until you are older and can handle the responsibility of pregnancy.

Yes this often happens, esp if he is a older boy, they try to date young girls till they have sex with them and then they have "scored" they move to a new one.

Not to be mean, but you were pretty stupid to even be having sex with him at that age. It's too young to understand the responsibilities, which is obvious because you think you might be pregnant.
If you haven't already taken a pregnancy test, you need to do that immediately. If it's positive, you need to tell your parents and boyfriend immediately.
And lastly, yes, it sounds like he's hitting and quitting. I'm guessing you had sex with him before you've been dating him for at least six months, which a really bad idea, especially at your age.
