Maybe your mother doesn't want to feed you unhealthy stuff. You don't NEED sweets. In fact most people need far less of them.
Try talking to her... watch some cooking shows.. search the internet .find simple yet interesting recipes to try... offer to help cook. That's your best bet. There are interesting yet inexpensive things that can be cooked. At best expect a few things at first... old habits can be hard to break.
