If right now I am 15 and my boyfriend is 18 is this legail?

The age of consent in New Jersey is 16. In my world it is when the parent approves and I would not approve of a 15 year old girl and an 18 year old boy.
There should not be any sexual contact. He could be in trouble.

There is no law on dating, you can not of course have sex, or the boy can go to prison.

Also the parents of the 15 year will have to approve of the 15 year old dating the 18 year old.
