    Rod bearings clearance
When I torque the final rod cap (#1 rod) I can no longer turn the crank over with a breaker bar. Is this normal or a clearance problem?

Just with that final bearing and cap? NO, that is not normal.
Does the piston move freely inside the cylinder bore? Did you install the piston with the correct orientation and the correct bearing (based on plasti-gauge)?
