Can my breasts decrease? Please read whole description.
Ok, so I went to sleep one day while I was still a 32A and the next day I noticed my breats were jiggling more and that my nipples slipped out of my bra more(cupped/padded bras) and that on the sides more flab of my breast was stinking out.

Ive concluded that my breasts have grown. (I want t be flat chested so so so badly) I was so pissed and still am. I actually cried. I ve worked so hard for them to stop growing and I'm not going to get into that.
But if I lose weight will my breasts decrease? I dot care which part does or which doesn't. Will anything in that area decrease? I don't have back flab.
I weigh about 130 or if I gained weight which could be the problem, its like 140.
Im not the average skinny that an overweight girl aims for and I'm not fat-fat. If I lost about 30 pounds I wouldn't be skin and bones.

Also I DO have stomach rolls and jiggly thighs but I could pass as being skinny in the right clothes.
    Did I mention I'm 13?
If I'm still going developing as so are my breasts, can they decrease in ANY WAY AT ALL?
Especially if something has worked for you or someone you know tell me.
    Thank you.

Sorry, but at 13 your breasts are just beginning to develop. They will probably continue to grow. There is nothing you can do to stop them from growing or to decrease their size.

No, starving yourself won't decrease your breasts. At 13, and an A cup, you're just beginning to develop. Your breasts will continue to change throughout your entire life.

The only way to decrease your breast size is to have a breast reduction. At your age, and being an A cup, no surgeon would even consider it. You're already at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to breast size. There's really nothing to decrease.

Just learn to love who you are, and become. Your breasts are just a part of your body, not a part of who you are as a person. If you're obsessed about them, I would highly recommend therapy.

    Good luck.

I think that's the problem here. You need to talk with a counselor about this.
