    Hello,
My question is can I file abandonment charges against my spouse inorder for me to move on with a divorce, without her signing the papers?

You file for divorce , if your state or area requires a reason you can use that as the reason. Most do not require a reason any longer.

But if they do not want to agree to terms, you still file for divorce and go on with the process.

No, you do not file abandonment charges.you file for a divorce. In most states now, there doesn't need to be a reason. If she does not respond to a summons to court you may be granted a divorce by default.
