I have a Murrray 465305x92 riding mower. Does anyone know if the drive pullys are adjustable? I replaced the primary drive belt, it was very tight, but it was the right belt for the mower. Within 1 minute of running it broke. I have the owners and the parts manuals on my flash drive, but they don't say anything. So if anyone can help or at least help me find a repair manual, I would be very grateful.
I want to find out before I buy another belt.

There is no adjustment per se. Correct routing and static testing of the spindles. Be sure to check those spindle brakes to make sure they are releasing when engaged; done without engine running but deck engaged
