I need to turn in a few bids for janitorial buildings and a hospital and I am not sure what the price per sqft is in the Dallas area. All my life I worked in the janitorial business but I been concentrating with nothing but groceries stores and pharmacies but I want to start working with buildings and hospitals as well. I have no clue what to bid in this field so it would be great if I could get some help.

Are you just looking for a price per sq ft?

Do you know anything about medical cleaning Rortega? It is an entirely different animal than regular cleaning with detailed chemicals and required cleaning procedures that are necessary by all standards. It also requires very special and specific knowledge and training of yourself, your supervision and your employees. Example; the wrong chemical can cause serious problems.
