I have a Labrador , she is having bad habits like when I take her for walk out to the street, she eats all the garbage from the streets, she wants to smell garbage. I didn't know what to do.

Isn't she on a leash? Shorten the leash so she can't keep stopping - or change where you walk.

Is she hungry?
