My girlfriend and I signed the lease together but she up and moved out and I can't afford by myself we have a year lease so I just got an eviction notice do I have anymore time to try and pay they gave me 72hrs when do I acually have to leave my apt

Sounds like you got a 3 day pay or quit notice. That means you have 3 days to vacate or they will go to court for an eviction order. That could take another couple of weeks.

Once you find a new place, you can sue the girlfriend for her share of the expenses.
