Two days before my appointment with my probation officer I get mentally and physically sick. I have depression and anxiety and it makes it worse that I can't even drive to probation. Going to see my probation officer is worsening my conditions, what can I do so maybe I can have home visits. Do I have mental issue RIGHTS

If you have not been going, it does not really matter there will be a warrant for your arrest by now.

No there is no rights, so you need to get someone to drive you, take a bus, take a taxi.

You are not going to get a PO to come to your house. They have too large a case load.
