    Grantor vs grantee
I have been separated for three years & have had a hard time getting a divorce. Am I entitled to any of the inheritance his father left him when he died 6 weeks ago?

Where? In general, no, and that should be covered in your Separation Agreement.

    I don't understand the "grantor/grantee" heading.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Why are you having trouble getting a divorce?

The grantor/grantee heading came from the paperwork he needs me to sign to sell his fathers house.
We never had a legal separation agreement.
We live in Missouri. Deed to house is in Kansas

He blind sided me with the divorce. I was not the one who wanted the divorce & I told him he had to pay for divorce & he has procrastinated on it until now after his father has pasted away & needs me to sign papers to sell house. Technically we are still married & have never signed any separation papers.
