My child's father pays 192 a mo he's in Washington tacoma an I'm in tx he has dyslexia which I'm not sure if its ssi or ssdi. But he attorney told me to see if the child can get benifts because id probably get more a month than I do in childsupport but like I.said I don't know if he gets ssi or ssdi how do I find out? Would it even be possible for the child to get it

If he's on SSDi then yes your children can receive a benefit also. If he is on SSI then they can not.

How do I find out which one he gets the child is 4 and there isn't any contact

If you can just ask him. If you can't then file in court and see what comes up in discovery. If your being paid through a state agency they may be able to tell you.
