Trickling cold water to kitchen sink, hot works fine.
Water was shut off at the main shutoff at the water meter for about 1/2 hour to repair an ouside faucet. When water turned back on at the meter all plumbing fixtures worked fine except for some air in lines and cold water at kitchen sink down to trickle. Faucet is separate hot and cold controls. Faucet relatively new. Have been reading previous posts and sounds like maybe "crud" in line but two single ladies who don't have much plumbing experience want to try to fix ourselves. Could you give directions or other suggestions if you think it might be something else. Just note that connection lines under sink have some twists and turns. Should we try to straighten. They are flexible plastic mesh-type connections.
