A proper diet is very important, but not starving ourselves. If we don't eat properly we will lose muscle tone and due serious harm to our health.
If you want your legs thinner, then proper exercise for your legs is needed.
Nope. Only muscle will disappear. Your body will think it is dying and will keep the fat in order to keep you alive.
Please be aware that when u starve you body goes to "fat storage mode" and when u eat food it directly stores it and do not burn. So you gain more weight! Eating small meals (300- 350 cal ) 5 times a day is a must!
Squats is the best exercise to tone legs...
