    Hi Sue

The nut under the handle either needs to be tightened or the ORINGS under the nut need to be replaced.

Do you have a name brand for us?

If this is a new Moen kitchen deck faucet, or a replacement cartridge, it will do this until the faucet breaks in. I had the same problem when I replaced my kitchen faucet, Not to worry, It will clear up in a few weeks. Tom
