My husband just got arrested, he hot pulled over because his po put out a warrant for him.. I'm not sure why but I think because he didn't show up to his appt with her?. He's already had 1 violation, will this be consider his 2nd? And if so how much time is he looking at?

It's hard to tell.. If the judge isn't a very nice fellow, he could be made to serve his entire sentence in the slam. But, my guess is 30 days for the technical violation.
