Does my brother have squatters rights even though he move out of my fla home but still gets mail here ?
First, I moved your post since it has nothing to do with the Internet and Web. Please choose a forum to post in more carefully in the future.
Second, there are no such thing as squatters rights anymore. The most that could happen is he might be considered a tenant who would have to be evicted. But if he has no belongings there, that is unlikely.
? Somewhere my last post got lost, but anyway,
There is no such thing as "squatters rights" that is a old myth from the 1800's where people could claim land by living there.
What laws exist now is called eminent domain, which does not even apply or come close to this. He was a tenant and at most his mail coming there may be tried to prove he still is a tenant. So notify him to change his mail and if he does not, start sending back to sender. Talk to the post master on the best way to handle this.
